Windsurfing: Felixstowe dip Wind Direction: NE Wind Stength: F 3 - 4 Surf / Sea State: flat to swell Air Temperature: warm Sea Temperature: warm Weather: Sunny Max Speed: 24.72kts (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 10.54nm (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)
Another great evening at the dip, flat water on the inside, big swell
further out. Only 2 of us out which was surprising as it was sunny and
warm, perfect windsurf weather.
5.0 clock start wind F4 rigged 7.7H2 / 146 excite ride pro and planed 90%
of the time gybing of swell and creaming on blasting reaches on flat water.
The sand bar has now created a great flat lake on the sea on low tide. Lord
Swain walked all over me on the inside with his antique F2 and 8.M Retro
baggy sail catching every bit of the lighter wind.
At 6.30 I had enough of him taking the p*ss so dropped an 1" off
downhaul/outhaul to get more from the light wind, the wind died :)
